on the day stationery

You want the little details of your day to beautifully compliment each other and everything around them. You want them to tell a story… I can help you tell that story in a way that is functional, memorable, and beautifully elegant. Take a look at the pieces below for inspiration and then get in touch using the contact form at the bottom of the page to begin the process of bringing your vision to life.

THE CEREMONY

  • WELCOME SIGNS

Welcome your guests to your special day with stunning signage that really sets the tone for what’s to come. You can choose from bristol board, clear and frosted acrylics, fabric or wood to ensure your signage perfectly matches your day. If you’d like an Order of the Day on display, we can add this to your Welcome Sign to save you doubling up on signage.

  • RESERVED TAGS

Reserved tags are not only important to ensure you hold enough seating close to the front for your nearest and dearest, but also make lovely keep sakes for your special family and friends to take home with them. I love to match the style and design of these to your place cards, for perfect cohesion running all the way through your day.

  • ORDER OF SERVICE

The type of Order of Service you require typically depends on the style of ceremony you’re having. For a traditional religious ceremony you’ll likely need to include hymn lyrics and collective prayer and so a full booklet would suit your needs best. For a shorter secular ceremony a card to outline key events and thank your bridal party will be perfect.

  • VOW BOOKS

The most special words you’ll ever say deserve to be held in very special stationery. Not only do they serve as keepsakes to cherish forever, but they’ll look stunning for those teary alter shots as you exchange your vows! I can supply anything from just the outer cover to fully hand calligraphed vows bound in their own special booklet.

THE RECEPTION

  • TABLE PLANS

You’ve done it - you’re married! Everyone has thoroughly enjoyed your cocktail hour and you and your guests are now ready to sit down and enjoy your wedding breakfast. Let’s design a statement piece which not only directs them to the right table, but looks absolutely gorgeous and harks back to the theming of your Welcome Sign too!

  • SMALL SIGNAGE

Bespoke table names are becoming all the more popular - from your favourite holidays, to different breeds of dogs you’ve owned, I love the idea of naming your tables for something personal to you, that will really create a conversation piece for your guests. Other small signage includes Bar Menus, Signature Cocktail lists, Guestbook signs and Gift Box Signs.

  • PLACE CARDS

There’s really no end to the possibilities of place cards. We can keep things simple and classic with elegant calligraphy on coloured cotton card. I can engrave wine glasse to double up as guest favours. I can even write on natural materials like leaves or sea shells that you’ve collected together on a special day trip. Let’s work together to bring your ideas to life.

  • MENUS

It’s likely that some months have passed since your guests chose their food options which is why I always recommend having a printed menu available on the day. Whether it’s one full list of the options per table or a bespoke menu per person, use pretty stationery to refresh their memories and get their taste buds tingling with anticipation.
